necessary visit with Ulrike. The day has been long and his body aches with his need for sleep. But still, he pauses. A breeze feathers the hair back from his brow as he tips his head up to stare at the hard glitter of long familiar stars that spark the darkness high above.]

Dark eyes flutter open at last to regard the loving, yet sad look on the blonde's face. They gaze at each other for a few long minutes, the weight of the day's events hanging between them. The silence is not uncomfortable, more contemplative as they lose themselves to their thoughts. The delicate peace is broken as Murata catches the smell of food and his stomach protests loudly. He chuckles, casting his lover a sheepish smile. "I've hardly eaten all day....did you bring food?"

When Edwyn's stomach breaks the silence between them he can't catch back his soft laugh.]
