So FFXIII is finally out, and my impression after maybe four hours of nonstop gaming is that it is amazing. The women are badass, the men are adorable, and the battle system is tons of fun right now. It's very quick, much like FFX-2's, and feels almost like a hybrid of Star Ocean (position/area of attacks matter a lot, and keeping allies' attack

Honestly, as long as you would be okay with waiting, I'd say just stick to the games you are getting and wait to get RoF. You'll have your hands full with games for months just with the games you have already paid for. But RoF is a TriAce game, isn't it...? I dunno how reasonable it would be to tell you not to buy it, then. Maybe you could ask for it for your birthday?

This is somewhat unrelated, but someone on twitter has decided to call Sazh's chicobo a "frocobo", which I thought was amusing.

That's a good idea re: RoF, actually. Still, I think my upcoming trip to BM is going to be considered my actual birthday present, so it's a bit of a wash. :/
