Mawata had her hands clasped together in front of herself as she walked around the corner of the busy street straight into the lush park in the town's center. And to top it all off, the world was completely back to normal after that strange natural disaster that had hit the city just a short while ago. Yayoi noted with satisfaction that the sky was a clear blue, and there were birds singing in the park as she entered, looking for her friend's sister.

Yayoi smiled merrily at the green-haired girl's greeting. She still looked pretty shy. A chocolate ice cream cone was definitely in order.
"Do you really think so? I think I got here at the perfect time! It's a chocolate ice cream day, don't you think? Chocolate ice cream can make anything better!"
Maybe this would make Mawata less sad about everything. Yayoi knew that boys could be cruel, but sometimes chocolate ice cream and a good friend made everything seem less terrible.
