I'm so sorry this has happened to you. I can only imagine how devastated you must be. The exact same thing happened to my cousin and I remember her saying that the shock of finding out she had been pregnant, combined with the grief of the miscarriage, was overwhelming. You can't blame yourself, miscarriages seem to be such cruel and seemingly random things. I've known people that have had them before a successful pregnancy, and between successful pregnancies. In fact, now I think about it, every single one of my friends who have started families in the last few years have suffered one, three of them before they went on to have a baby.

If there is anything I can do (and I know there isn't anything that will truly help), you know where I am <3

I'm so sorry you're going through this. You need to grieve, but you can't be so hard on yourself. Best wishes and good thoughts for you both.
