apparently i'm so mean that i can offend the entire sidwell community in one stroke--er, entry. and the internet is now under sidwell jurisdiction, yet somehow all of the keggers aren't..

i don't know you, and you probably don't know me, but for what it's worth i'm *really* angry about all this. the administration will get their comeuppance. or, maybe not, but i earnestly hope so.

i dont think i know you either, but i used to go to sidwell, and honestly, i left because i didnt think that the school was holding up to its own promise of integrity. quaker values do not allow for anyone to be "monitered". i think the school needs to take a serious look at whether it actually meets the goals it presents to itself. students may be well prepared for college when they leave, and miserable as all hell. anyway, best of luck to you. i hope you continue to update on the situation somehow (i know that may be difficult if you are being watched), because i definitely would like to know how things work out for you. i guess i would also add that there is still always a chance to go to another school. and my personal opinion is that there are a myriad of more pleasant education experiences out there.

Liz- i didnt get to see the controversial post but i think its horrible that sidwell tried to get involved with your journal... i see it as the same as sidwell trying to censor your thoughts...all the more power too you babe xoxoalways

what the hell.... did they read your journal??? that is such bullshit. you should be glad i'm not there cuz havoc would definitely be wreaked. if that happened to me with my school i would probably leave.. tell me more about what happened!!
