January 1; Day 1:
As Junsu walked out of the apartment complex, he smiled with a sudden brightness that didn't match his personality. "What's gotten into you, hmm?"  He looked at the ground and back to his friend, stuffing his hands into his jacket pockets as he kicked at the ground with his feet. He sighed and his breath came out white and foggy into the cold air.
"What do you mean?" "You look happy." He couldn't deny that. He is happy. "Well, Hyukjae, I didn't realize my happiness caused you so much pain. My most sincere apologies." "Yeah, when I see you smiling, it makes my skin tingle. Not in that good way either. It feels like it is burning." Rolling his eyes, Junsu walked ahead of the other, looking at the ground with a smile on his face, happy with the feeling of cold air against his face, brushing his cheeks and tinting them red;ususally he would curse the weather for being too cold.
"Did you meet someone on the internet," Hyukjae asked quite loudly as he strode to Junsu's side. The younger-Junsu-looked around in embarrassment and made sure no one heard the elder's words. Sadly, there was two cute girls looking at him with humor in their eyes and small smirks on their face. He turned back to his friend with a piut on his face, only for it to be returned with a laugh. "No, Hyukjae. I didn't meet anyone on the internet."
"Then what the hell is making you so happy." Junsu stopped and looked at his older friend, then to the sky, and finally, to the ground. He exhaled a long breath and shrugged. "Maybe... maybe it is just the new year." Hyukjae stopped walking and stood in front of the younger, glancing at the other before closing his eyes and tilting his head upwards. "Today feels different. Like everything just came out of a story book." Junsu looked up from his feet and to the older, marvelling in the sight that was in front of him.
"Yeah, maybe that is why I'm so happy." Junsu starred walking, the pavement making sounds as it scuffed against the soles of his shoes. He tossed a look back in Hyukjae's direction, smiling as he noticed the other staring at him in disbelief. "You're really going to leave your best friend of all time standing here, in the middle of the street where he could easily be taken advantage of by whoever so pleases to lay their hands on him?!" Junsu smirked and laughed. "It isn't like I care. Bye bye!" Junsu started back on his way.
"Hey!" Junsu smiled merrily as the older ran to his side, His smile grew wider as Hyukjae grasped his hand and locked their fingers together. "I'm going to miss you," Hyukjae said. For the first time that day, Junsu frowned. "Yeah... yeah. I'm kind of nervous." Junsu scratched the wrist of the hand that was tangled with Hyukjae's hand. There was a light chuckle. "I can see that." "I know. I'm just so, so, so, so very nervous!"
"Like I said, I can see that." Junsu scoffed and pulled on his hand to try and untangle it from Hyukjae's hand, only in turn for the older to press their hands tighter together. "Well, don't worry about the fact that you switched universities. Don't think of it that way. Just go there, with a huge smile on your face, your head held high, and try not to drool over all the hot babes and dudes you see."
Junsu sneered. "Easy enough for you to say. You're not the one who is going to be surounded by hot people." "Yeah, you're right. I'm just the one going to a university for the arts, where I'm taking classes for dance, and I am surrounded by hot guys with hot abs and hot dancer hips." Junsu rolled his eyes. "I got it. Thanks to your sarcasm." "You're welcome, after all, I knew it would've been hard for you if I just bluntly said it. You and your slow thought proocess."
"I can't have too slow of a thought process. I mean, after all I am taking a course in phychology. It takes brains." Hyukjae snickered. "That was such a lame joke." Junsu rolled his eyes. "Fuck you. It wasn't a joke." Hyukjae smiled. "Aren't you going to be late?" Junsu pulled his phone out from his pocket and cursed. "Shit!" As Junsu pulled on Hyukjae's hand to get the older closer to give a farewell hug, Hyukjae whispered good luck. The younger ran away and ignored Hyukjae's call of Don't cuss! It doesn't make you cool! Don't give into peer pressure. and keep your hormones under controll! Gawd, the other could be so embarrassing.

Junsu fidgeted as he looked around the crowded campus. Maybe he should've got a room at this university. Then again, if he did that, he would rarely get to see Hyukjae, and Hyukjae is his life. Not really, but Hyukjae means so much to him. He needs to see the older man in order to be happy. So he would much rather live with his best friend than in some campus. Even if the campus is great.
He didn't know what to do or where to go. What am I supposed to do?! Junsu, you're not a teenager anymore... you are in your twenties. You are twenty. You can't keep spazzing like this. You need to get a hold of yourself. Oh! If only Hyukjae was here! He would help me! Junsu! Shut your mouth! If you keep thinking 'bout Hyukjae I swear I am going to kill you. Okay, I won't... because then I will be dead because you-I mean... I... you? You are me. I am I. So I will be killing myself? Okay! Stop talking to yourself. Stop talking to yourself, stop talking to yours-! "Are you okay?"
Junsu turned around quickly to face the guy who talked to him. He immediately flushed as he saw the face. This guy should be... should be an actor! That's it! He should be going to Hyukjae's school for the arts! Or... his old school. He was supposed to be a dancer... but it wasn't working out, so he decided to pursue his desire of being a phychologist
"Y-y-yeah! I'm... I am... I am.. Junsu. Wait! You didn't ask my name! I mean! I mean I am fine." Fuck you Junsu! Fuck you! Why do you always embarrass me?! Junsu's thoughts were cut off by a soft and velvety chuckle. "You'r'e cute." Junsu barely registered the words but a smile broke out on his face anyway. "Well, nice to meet you, Junsu, my name is Yoochun."
Junsu smiled sheepishly. "Hi, nice to meet you, Yoochun." "So... Junsu. Are you okay?" "Y-yeah. Just arguing with myself." Junsu's eyes widened and he looked at the other male, mentally cursing himself yet again as he realized how crazy he sounded. "Haha, you're so fucking cute!" Junsu was a little taken aback by the words, buthe couldn't help but smile wider. "So what were you arguing about with yourself?" Junsu blushed, wondering how red his face is now that his cheeks have the color from the wind and his blushing.
"I... I don't know where to go." Yoochun smiled and got closer to Junsu. "Tell me whatever you want, and I'll help you find your way." Junsu nodded and looked down at his feet. A familiar beat made way to his chest, except stronger. Much, much stronger. Fuck.

"Hyuk! Hyuk! Guess what!" Junsu laughed at the older's eyes as they widened. "Did I scare you?" The other sat up in his medium sized, ripped and torn bed. ("Maybe we shouldn't take the old bed from cousin's apartment. You can get a new one, Hyuk." "No, I'll deal, besides. It'll fit perfectly until I make some money of my own.") "Yeah, why the hell else would I act like that?" Junsu shrugged but smiled. "I think I like university a lot without you. Hyukjae sneered but laughed. "Anything fun happen?" Junsu shrugged his shoulders. "Not really." You're cute.
Junsu blushed as he remembered the scene. "Nothing... I'm.. I am cute." Junsu giggled and walked out of Hyukjae's room, biting onto his knukles to keep his happiness to himself. Hyukjae arched and eyebrow and decided he would go back to sleep. Junsu is so weird sometimes, but then again, that is why he is the younger man's friend in the first place.
