That's such sad news about Cow! The poor thing.. I hate to see pets get old and sore. The dog that I grew upwith lives with my grandparents now, and on Thanksgiving I went to visit and saw my dog for the first time in 6 years. The sweet thing was so sore, she's lost her hearing, shed tons of weight, and can't lay down very well. She's nearly 18 years old now!

There might be two reasons that Cow doesn't want to be petted anymore. He might have some arthritis in his neck or back, or some muscle pain that makes being petted painful for him. Or maybe his sore on his ear is causing other problems, and because of his nature as an animal, he shys away from situations when he's not feeling well. Kind of like humans...

I hope that Cow gets better soon! Hopefully he'll let you take him to the vet to get fixed up =)

hate me all you want, i still hate to see cow suffer......i remember last summer when i was really drunk after city ,, you made brownies for me and he tried to drink my milk and i flicked him in the nose.......i love cow, and sometimes i wish i could see him again, like im sure you wish you could see romell...any who i'm really sorry cow is sick, and i send a well wish his way.....
