I downloaded PhotoShop, but every time, it keeps giving me a pop up window. Why? No idea. SO. This post is for Katy and hopefully she can fix my problem.

Meep. That didn't happen when I downloaded the trial. Have you tried inputting something random into the User Name and Organization fields and then selecting the trial button?
