Otherwise Hakkai would have Alle and Lockon (Neil) as brothers as well, Murrue as a mother, and Soma and Setsuna are adopted kids.

And with the majority of Adstring dating or married or whatever to their brother/sister/cousin/uncle/niece, a little bit of love between a brother and sister is nothing.
