Can't say I'm too sad about the exchange of affairs between men and women. These sad and sorrowful secrets are little known to us who have no eyes to see the beauty within the mortals. No ears to hear the sweet murmurs of a soft voice, and no lips to kiss the fragrant lips of a soul that understands you so much it makes your heart hurt ( Read more... )

don't ever change.
don't lie to people. don't lie to yourself.
don't ever want to be anything other than what you are.

the best advice i've ever been given was a qoute from oscar wylde. very simple:
"know thyself".

it speaks volumes. i think, for most people, if they wish to be something other than what they are then maybe they have fully discovered themselves yet.
you are you, that will never change, but it's up to you to understand what that means.

don't go worrying about what other people are or what they have, none of that would mean anything at all to you if you didn't exist.
so, with that i say: this is your world. no one else's. every action, every descion, every re-action, every opinion, every notion of fun and love and lust and self-worth, everything is yours.
accept it.
own it.

that's probably one of the most beautiful things I've ever heard. I guess out of all the things anyone could want maybe what people want the most is to be content with themselves.

there's a big difference between what people want and what they think they want.

most people think they want what everyone else has. that's where the problems comes from.

You're probably one of the most together people I know. Youknow who you are and you accept it. I should really be happy with what I have too. I have it alot better than most people and sometimes I feel as though I am a little ungrateful. :/
