I'm not typically into the
Super Bowl but was partially interested given that the Chicago Bears were
playing and that Chicago is my home city. I did, however, find great
pleasure in viewing the Super

And We're Off! . . With a New Year . . .
So here’s another year! I think I’m doing great so far given that it’s day two of the new year and I’ve gone to the gym both days. That means I have a 100% success rate of working out so far! Okay well I know I won’t keep up that high of a statistic but it’s a goal of mine to keep it toward the high side.

What better time of the day to reflect on my daily routine than with the peace and quiet of being at work first thing in the morning. I tend to have a lull in activity until at least 7:00AM when more and more co-workers arrive at work.
