Oh, gosh! First off, I'm super sorry that drama got to you in such a way. ;_; That is like one of the least fun things, aaaahhh. (If RP was something you really did enjoy, I do hope you can find yourself back to it! Quitting a hobby can feel pretty crummy.)

Ssssecondly, kyaaaa Linna. ♥ He is like one of my favorite people, ever...

I hope you can find yourself back into the swing of things, anon. Be it with Linna (which would be rad as hell), or someone else (because RP is about fun & I hope you can have that!!). c:

S: if only there were more nice people like you. rp really was enjoyable for me at one time. i've been around lj rp since 2003 and i quit in '08, so it's been a good two years now. ): a lot of my online friends were also rp friends and now i only talk to a couple of them. i miss it a lot but i feel so out of the loop.

i really want to come back, but i keep finding myself quitting halfway through my applications. D: i really do want to come back, and i'm planning on returning to rpland anonymously so i can just enjoy myself without any personal ties, but i've been out of the loop for so long that it's just kind of overwhelming now. rp is one of those things that keep shifting and changing and i feel kinda left behind now.

idek where to start anymore and its a little embarrassing. x: but it encourages me that there are some nice people in the lj world still.

I FEEL BAD i didn't mean to turn this into rp therapy or anything but i really do want to come back. ;~; and purasu is my second favorite manga ever right now.

Oh dude don't feel bad at all! Everyone's got their own pacings, their own things to get through, and needing to talk about stuff is no big bad thing, you know? If you've got to say something, I'm glad at least to be a neat little comment box for you! ;_; I'll say at least that there are some really rad people still in the rp world; I've met some of the sweetest and most charming bros through it, and - fallings outs happen, and it also comes to pass that people lose touch with each other, but there's a plethora of awesome to be had, too. I tooootally understand the intimidation, and the wariness, and the 'OH GOD WHAT DO...', so don't be too embarrassed. c: Everyone's got to start, or re-start, somewhere!

If diving back into RP (or even just dipping your precious lil toe in to test the waters first, cos that helps sometimes too) is something you want to do, I encourage you to take the leap and get some enjoyment out of it. People can be waaay too serious business about it, but it really is supposed to be all about fun - and I hope

thank you, really. i've wanted to come back ever since i left and it's just so overwhelming with how seriously some kids take it these days. i'm old and i have a career and as much as i love pretendy funtiems, that's all it is to me. ): sometimes i look at applications and wonder if i'm really applying for a character, or a second job.

rp really has been a rocky road for me, and as much as i'd like to come back and enjoy it i'd also like to not have to worry about drama. I REALLY LOVE LINNA AND I'D LOVE TO PLAY HIM SOMETIME/SOMEWHERE but at this point i feel like i might need a little push first or something, idek.
