I'm still a bit on the fence? Because, yes, I want vampires on my screen, SQUEEEEEEEEE! But I also hoped I'd have my bigbang posted by the time s4 starts, and posting now starts at October 22nd.

EXCITING! I am practically vibrating with excitement. Just: SERIES 4. AMAZING. WANT SO MUCH. I want to see how DIFFERENT the landscape is in series 4 and what changes and what stays the same and I JUST CANNOT EVEN CONVEY HOW EXCITED I AM. Oh man.

I'm almost as excited about episodes of Once Upon a Time.

And, I'll admit, my One True Love is Merlin. I spend all year sitting around spinning and waiting for the 13 weeks that Merlin airs. That TVD and Merlin are airing at the same time and started the same week is just BRILLIANT.

As for TGW, I can't figure out what I think about Kalinda and her husband. I mean, I don't like him because I ship Cary/Kalinda, and their relationship pretty much creeps me out, but then again, is Kalinda capable of having a normal relationship? Probably not, so this is interesting in the way it's revealing more about her.

On the other hand, I sort of see that guy as her addiction--like he's a drug and she's become fairly unreliable in her job because of him and he's disrupting her life, and she doesn't want to want him, so I'm not sure if they're going for a metaphor there, or what. The jury's still out LOL :D

I don't know if I like the story with her husband because of Cary or because it seems so unhealthy and gross, although I'm sure that's the point. I also see him being her addiction, and I hope kid this story continues we see flashbacks to how she was before him and how everything got so twisted.

I'm so glad all this waiting will be over in 3 days!!! I am definitely ready to have all the residents of Mystic Falls back on my tv screen (especially Damon & Elena!!!).

I'm hoping that new material will inspire my muse to actually start talking to me (so that you guys will stop hounding me to write ;)

I agree with you about Kalinda's story. It made me a little uncomfortable. I definitely liked her dynamic with Cary better. Maybe this is giving us viewers a glimpse into her backstory and will make her journey to end up with Cary that much better ...

I wasn't exactly uncomfortable, I mean I write straight up porn, but I wonder if she has any non-work people she doesn't have dirty sex with?

I can't picture her in like Jeans and a sweatshirt watching TV with Cary but I hope we get to see a glimpse of something more normal. At this point, THAT would be shocking.

I was just teasing, bb. The hounding lets me know that you actually want me to write, and that makes me feel good. I believe I will be inspired at some point.

I like the idea of Kalinda attempting something approaching a 'normal' relationship with Cary. ITA that would be shocking at this point.
