So I had 5 days off from work-would have been blissful had my allergies not gotten completely out control. I've been doing benadryl with a decongestant and saline rinses in my nostrils, but it was no longer effective. Ended up at urgent care after a few days of running on 3 or 4 hours of sleep a night and having the swelling and congestion trigger

Poor you! I didn't know you had to go to urgent care. Oh man. I hope the meds help so you can get some sleep, too.

A thousand "ughhs" to your cousin. Definitely sounds like she has no business having a baby. I feel bad for the 20 year old neighbor - at least she knows her boyfriend is a skeeze, too? (Sounds like your cousin's male friend dodged a bullet, though.) Just suckiness all around. Wow.
