As someone who has crawled out of her bedroom on hands and knees during a stone attack I ache in remembered pain and sympathy!!

I had my gallbladder out by laproscopic surgery back when the procedure was new, mostly because I had four stones still in it, *sigh*

Congrats to Kelli, and yeah, your grandpa sounds like he's been missing a tact cog for a few decades there, oy!

thanks :-) yeah, grandpa told me I "couldn't have had" gallstones because I'm not 40. "You only get those if you're 40, fat, and fair! You're carrying some extra there in the front, but you ain't 40 yet, Freckles!"

I love the man, and when he isn't being offensive, he can be hilarious, but sheesh!
