First, thank you Ma'am, for your mysterious but impressive repair job on the hole in my ship. It doesn't appear to be leaking anymore, and I'd be very much upset if I either had to deal with water damage to my second piano, or if I'd had to somehow push it up a level out of danger. And pianos are not exactly light
