OK, due to weard sleep paterns, went to sleepa t about 4pm, 4:15pm polioce turn up looking for Mr X ( Mr X being some one that doesnt live here and keeps giving this address tot he police) Get back to sleep at about 6. Wake up about 2:30, make a coffee, open the balcont door. HUGE snell of smojke. Kathy investigates. Some ones set the bins on fire

sounds like here, the bins and shed here were set on fire a few years ago, then since then the bins have been touched once and a sofa that was out there, on all three occasions i was away at the time.
