oh come on....there is not one not one little piece of merit in this, it's an attempt to strip us of free speech. If this passes, it'll create a slippery slope and set a standard in which we can be stripped of all our rights. This with the Patriot Act will destroy this country in the long run.
I'm actually mostly with Joe on this one, as much as I hate "slippery slopes" as an argument for anything. They're trying to make it look like it's all about a cause with merit, but it's not. That's all incidental, a side-effect that's not likely to even actually happen, that they're happy to use to try to push this by people. This one's all about giving the Media, Hollywood, and the RIAA more power, not to mention the government itself.
