After seeing four doctors (my own doctor, a rhematologist, and two hand specialists), getting four different possible diagnoses, and three "let's see if this helps" prescriptions, we may finally be narrowing down why my wrists

Good for you for pursuing trying to find the cause. Going to multiple doctors gets very tiring, in my experience. I hope the medicine helps long term.
I saw some pictures of these clouds elsewhere! I've never seen them before either. They look like giant cotton balls. 😀

Glad to hear your doctors might be closing in on the problem (but do I ever hear ya on how tiresome it can be)! Here's to hoping that they've found if not a way to cure it, then at least a way to alleviate it! *hugs for you and ear-scritches for Pip-pup*
