So I am guessing you might know the person who abandoned him? Or if not how did you get this job of finding the cutie a home?

No idea who abandoned him; as with children, the person who abandons a pet usually prefers to remain anonymous.

I heard about this because someone I know met the foster caregiver and asked people to spread the info around.
