01. Le Vent Nous Portera - Noir Désir
Because we ALL know (and most likely love) that song. Because it is pure poetry, sensuality, nostalgia and... well, that is the spirit.
02. Thunderdome - Audiomachine
Yay for unknown people who make OVERLY USED and wonderful pieces with NO credit. They unfortunately keep their work for licensing so that means no CD for us but here you can catch a glimpse of what they do. And believe me, you would not expect something this HUGE.
03. Honest - Band Of Skulls
I had already fallen for Patterns but this one is completely different and I must admit I have a real sweet spot for it. I love the ambiance, the singer's voice, the guitar. Well, in short, I love it.
04. Beautiful, Dirty, Rich - Lady Gaga
Okay I might be awfully late on this one BUT better late than never, one says. Heh. Do I really need to comment on it? If yes, then "awesome" should be largely sufficient.
05. Possibly Maybe - Björk
Just because the title is totally fitting these days. I got back to listening to it and thought it would be nice to post it here.
06. Saving Days In A Frozen Head - Kaki King
Though I am surprised I did not post it earlier, I am actually sure I did. So if I indeed have already put it in a .zip, just tell me and I will switch it for another one. If I did not, then enjoy, because this song is lovely. Peaceful and somehow cute.
07. La Plage - Yann Tiersen
Last but not least, the master of all. Or almost. Tiersen always manages to stir up deep emotions in me when I listen to his work and that piece is no exception. I have actually started to play it myself but then I found something more interesting and ditched it. Will definitely get back to it though.
