Dudes. I need suggestions for the menu at our reception in June. I'm adamant about it being buffet-style, because I think that just makes things easier and cheaper (and so will having disposable plates and silverware, as ghetto as it may seem). I am a big fan of mini-food. Also, my step uncles wedding was buffet style and it didn't seem ghetto to me. The wedding was outdoors in a tent and just really casual and fun. Its nice to choose what you want. you could go for an entire aisan theme and do pot stickers and eggrolls and fried wontons and such. MMMmm...
