Well, this dance thing is coming up and the students have found even more reasons to complain and create defiance.  I can't blame them though, being forced into social situations is not my thing.  I don't even know why they would want me at this planning meeting, since I have no ideas or plans for romance.

Che, you got invited same reason as the rest of us, you're faculty. Don't matter that you're younger than the students and know less than they do about it.

My age has nothing to do with this. Being secluded in mountainous areas for most of your life has a bit of an effect on social experience.

Bah, your age has tons to do with it, you ain't got the time to have learned enough.

But age ain't the whole of it, Yachiru is too young to be here but she's smarter and tougher than most of the others so she gets to. Same as you I bet, the Old Man wouldn't have hired you if he didn't know you were good for it.

So what say you prove it?

Glad someone understands something here. That sounds like an interesting proposition. Does escorting Kusajishi-san to this dance count for anything? What do you have in mind?

Yes, there's a lot to be done for the upcoming lesson plan. Per Abarai-san's request, we will begin simple programming routines after this dance.
