You know, since you mentioned it, Larry does have a couple sprites that could be turned into "MY POKEMONS: LET ME SHOW YOU THEM" macros.

As for the signal, I much prefer "LIE. LIKE. A. DOG." with the two-hand-desk-slam sprite. It fits so much better!

I was imagining a manip where Larry's thumbs-up sprite was holding a GBA or a trading card, but then I realised I don't have a program that could do it, much less with an animated sprite. Damn my computer for remembering I already had a 90 day trial of Photoshop oh, only four years ago!
