When you upload the image as a userpic, there's a box titles "Comment." In it, type something along the lines of © < lj user ="shiroandfubuki" > (without the spaces in the coding, of course!) This shows that I made it, and also links to my journal. ^_^

Actually, I'm cleaning up a scan right now. Not for an icon. Just to try out the cloning tool and all that other crap I try to avoid. I do tend to use my own scans for icons, though. :P
