Beginning my three-day fruit and fruit juice fast/cleanse. This is hardly a sacrifice in my book. Eat only delicious fruit and drink not-from-concentrate fruit juice? I like this.
I may feel differently on Wednesday (after no protein), but so far I'm zen.

Good luck on your cleanse~ I love fruit, but I start feeling a little nauseous if I've had more than five-six pieces in a short span of time. Hopefully it will go better for you!

Thanks! I think sometimes I could go protein and fruit only, but when I do I am in denial of my deep and abiding love of (homemade) bread. So far, so good. Just sipping on my Florida's Natural and passing the time with work.
