This is a really promising fic. The depressed yet hopeful aura in the fic was really touching. Even without reading the song lyrics, I think the message in the fic was powerfully conveyed.

There were some scenes that seemed fragmented, and it made the mood shift unnecessarily from time to time, but the overall effect of this fic is really nice! It made me feel for Aiba T_T. Poor guy. The twist towards the end (the one about Shirota holding his hand) lessened the angst and made me hopefully happy, really :). Good work ^_^.

And if you could point out the fragmented scenes and maybe some tips how should I fix it? I still have a lot to learn bout writing ^^;

And about the ending, I can't just leave Aiba being hopeless,, I'd kill myself if I do that xD

I don't like angsty fics, they make me cry. I only read it because it's yours, Ai! ^_^ But it was really good! Well done! You made it angsty, but also cute and romantic!
