There hasn't been much to write about to tell you the truth, or at least nothing came to mind. I don't know. Things here in the flat are as they always are; Kaien is burning food, always eating his 3-minute ramen, the fish are living, and we're both surviving. I've noticed his journal is rather lacking as of late as well; perhaps I'll persuade him

Ah, ah, Madine and the notebook, we'll just leave it as it is. Kaien seems a pro with dealing with her, always confiscating her notebooks. He has quite the tales to tell when he returns from his classes. If you got your hands on that notebook, aieee, Kyouraku... it would be the end of me...

I suppose I should start drinking more orange juice, vitamins and all, that would help curb the random colds. And I appreciate the offer, I just might take you up on it one of these nights if you aren't too busy for some old talk.
