I took Buster to the vet this morning to get have them x-ray his hips. The vet called me and the first thing out of his mouth was "I don't know how he can walk

Sugar had something similar to the disk disorder, except instead of degenerating his backbone was fusing together and squashing his spinal cord. They diagnosed that around 10 years old... he lived to be 16 years old.

Did the vet at least give you some pain killers for him?

Smudge hasn't been doing to well either. Can hardy walk and coughs when he gets to excited. Hard to see him anymore these days. Best wishes.
