Sometimes it's the oddest things that make for decent blogging. In some places, October is also known as Proctober (esp if you get the Bob and Tom radio show), a reminder for us men over the age of 40 to go get that invasive examination done. I remember my first like it was only yesterday

OMG I feel for you! ( Pun intended.) I had my first -- and to date only -- physical when I hit 40, and next week I turn 45. I know I need to go back, but since I don't need prescriptions or rarely need a doctors skills, I have no one to twist my arm. hehe
