Got my car. Woo... Life is dumb.

Yesterday I washed my car and got all the sap off it from the damn pine trees. I moved it out front so no more sap would get on it. I went today to the dmv to get plates for it so i could take it to go get registered. Woohoo I would finally have it on the road......not. I got back from the DMV and the car is gone.?!?!?!?!?!?!?
