I have to keep reminding myself that I'm alive.

I'm going to look into therapists covered by my insurance. I'm also going to finish "American Psycho" as fast as my eyeballs can read. I'm also going to get out of town more often.

ohgodohgodohgod...I've never had a panic attack, I feel like something is coming. I need to cry I need to sleep I need to be held. What is wrong with me? Am I dying? Am I dead? Is my throat closing? Are my fingers going numb? Tumor? Shaking hands, I need my mom.

I went to the dentist today for the first time in five and a half years. She was supercool and patient with my lack of dental knowledge. A preliminary review has shown no evidence of cavities. We'll have to wait for the xrays to be sure.

I met a nice boy. He's Vietnamese and likes great music and is a fantastic beer pong coach.

There's this weird tic affecting my face right now. Left side of the nose/inner edge of left cheek. How strange. Is this the sign of an imminent heart attack?
