So I finished Crisis Core.

OMG did I just sob through an entire 30 minutes video sequence? When I say I cried during something, I usually mean I sniffled a bit, but I actually really truly did sob. lkasdjklasjdf and the final fight was a bit too easy, but oh well. Neverthless my right hand hurts. And OMG the video sequence was so gorgeous. ( Read more... )

*hugs* (And good morning! Yesterday, it was raining so hard that you'd think the world would end any minute now, but now there's sunshine outside my window. I hope the sun shines where you are too. <3 ... and I'm sure someone could twist this into a metaphor. <.<)

I think it ended like you think it did. There is another scene in FF7's canon (two, actually) that this one was made to mirror, only these two other scenes involve a potential het pairing. And hey, the "wings" comment made sure that however busy we are crying, we'd still know exactly who he was talking too. ^.~

So Angeal pulled Zack into the lifestream. ;______________; O.M.G. I ship them so hard, it's ridiculous. You know, I might ship Cloud/Zack more if we would have seen more of Cloud, but I guess this is where it actually is a problem that I haven't played FF7. The death scene so was so touching though. "Live for both of us." And Cloud dragging the bustersword away. And the song. :((((((((
But Zack with the wings comment, sobbing forever.
I also cried about Genesis, and lakjlsdfkjö you know what was really really horrible? Continuing fighting those soldiers and getting all this memories while you knew you would die. Wow. (My roommate said he fought them for almost 1 (!!) hour. I had to put the PSP down and just let myself be killed because I was crying so hard.

I'm really astonished by the emotional impact that game had for me. :O And as you see I have the biggest need to talk about it, I hope you don't mind. ^^;

Als ich Final Fantasy VII (PS) gespielt hatte, musste ich auch weinen, was sehrsehr selten vorkommt, aber das war einfach so traurig ;_;
...ich kann deinen Standpunkt also voll und ganz verstehen, auch wenn ich Crisis Core nicht kenne...gibt es nur für PSP, oder?

Jaaa, Crisis Core ist nur für die PSP. Hast du eine? Ich bin sonst nicht so der PS Spieler, aber das Spiel fand ich einfach nur toll. Und traurig. :(

Nein, ich habe keine. Ich habe mich eher für Nintendo entschieden und mir einen DS zugelegt, weil mich als ich vor der Entscheidung stand mich mehr DS-Spiele angesprochen haben als PSP-Spiele und der DS kam mir auch innovativer vor^^
Aber ich fand immer, dass FFVII eines der besten FFs überhaupt ist, auch wenn die Grafik nicht so toll ist (aber ist ja auch schon 12 Jahre alt) und die Übersetzung miserabel.
