My feet hurt

Apr 16, 2019 21:12

And god, when I say they hurt I don’t mean a little but full on little mermaid hurty

I’ve got plantar fasciitis and it’s not getting hugely better. Oddly I’m supposed to wear high heels to keep the arches stretched but my heels ache.

Last day in the office tomorrow before Easter and then I limp home for a longish weekend and seeing my parents

I'm so sorry to hear you've got plantar fascitis and that it's making things no fun right now. I'm glad you're treating it and hope you get some relief soon. And if you're not better soon, may Mumsy bring you meals in bed and healing unguents for your poor feet. Best of luck finishing out the week, and enjoy the holiday weekend!

I think I’ll go to the doctors after Easter ... it may be sensible shoes for a while

Clear my Totty's fault for not giving you the required massages in the affected area! Hope you get better soon

I get that, it's horrible. Those arch isnerts you buy really help with mine, but you wear those with flats

Mine is not active right now, but for a long time right before, during and after my pregnancy/birth of my youngest(8), I could barely walk. Couldn't go to the Dr because of the cost of our out of pocket.
The most effective things I did to reduce my pain was lowering my inflammation(food allergies, suck)and keep my foot flexed at night. easier on the feet than wearing heels if those jerks want you to walk. You can find braces on amazon is you search for plantar fasciitis night splint. I'll definitely be getting one if mine flares up again
