Do you hate people?

Like I hate my boss and a lot of my colleagues and my clients are annoying and I’m wondering ... is it me or does everyone hate people like this.

Mind you at my old firm I hated my bosses and no one else so maybe it’s just this poisonous job attracting poisonous clients

People I know in person who annoy the daylights out of me? I tend towards a mixture of pity and revulsion, and I’m pretty sure I’m fairly condescending about the whole thing: “How miserable those pore, misguided sods must be! What kind of unattended mental illness makes a person act like that?!”

Now people I DON’T know who are ruining the planet (cough, cough, politicians and world leaders, cough, cough)? I hate them with the fire of a thousand suns.

I hate so many people that it's easier to list (a) those I care for and who care for me in return, (b) those I'm ambivalent to, (c) those I hate but can wash my hands off once the project finishes.

It shouldn’t be like this but it is because people are annoying

I certainly have no love (nada) for Trump. And I for damn sure hate the hash he's made of Covid-19 here in the US, and the way so many of our citizens are ignorant of our Constitution. And I hate the militias that stalk the streets with their long rifles. And I hate the Republicans right now, and especially one of my senators, and I'm not real happy with the other one. Other than that, I fine.
