This is really,really sweet girl. Umm .... well I've been thinking of trying to change the look of "ed_bell_lovers" but I don't know how you can change the theme of an LJ community? Well anyway .... When I do figure it out,I was wondering if you could design a layout for me? I will give you FULL credit if you do :] but if you don't want to,I understand. I'd like to give "ed_bell_lovers" a red,black,& white theme with E&B pics from the posters? Or something like that .... anyway if you can't or don't want to,I understand,bb. thanks :]
oh thats wonderful and sure i can...i'll see what i can come up with i'll make a few and then you can choose.....im not sure if community layouts are the same as livejournal because maybe i can help you. Do you have an external CSS sheet right now or is it a defult from livejournal?
CSS sheet? lol I don't know what that is? I just have a simple & plain LJ layout. I tried to see how I could change the theme but no luck. I know other communities change there look but do you know how it works? This week I'm going to try and figure it out. Thanks for offering to help! You make great stuff :]
thanks alot i dont know it too well...I had a base for this one that i have.....The basic coding is by someone else but like the colour changes and widths and height most of the images have been changed so yea....But CSS is cascading style sheet thats what you need to understand how to use in order to make a good layout....The only way i knew what to change and to play around with the coding till i got it how iwanted it for her was cause i used to own a site....I dont anymore but i do still have an online gallery

go to journal and then customize journal style go down to sidebar in the nav. on the left hand side go all the way down to free text sidebox and expand on it
In free text position put what number on the sidebar you want it to show up in (example 4) In free text sidebox title put in the title you want

as for the image what do you use photoshop because thats the one i use
If it is then open the 303x180 into imageready and make a new document with the new size 168x100
then use this to duplicate current frame
