If you want more energy during the day Shiver, the best thing to do is eat items in high iron and potassium. I know that blood banks don't like to take low iron blood because of anemia.

Some breads say they are good for iron but its better to get your vitamins and minerals from stuff that isn't fortified, ie made with a process that removes basically all the items nutritional value and then the manufacturer adds the vitamin and stuff back in after its made like iron fortified white bread.

nuts seem to be pretty high on the list oh high iron foods so maybe you can try to add those to your dietary regiment, do things like topping off a salad with cashews for example. Just don't eat too many nuts though as they will harden your stool and or turn it yellow, All things in balance.

Oh, I already eat plenty of nuts (peanuts, cashews and almonds mostly), and my blood tests showed that my iron levels were normal.

Still, trying an iron supplement for a little while might be worth doing.

I find that I have low energy when there's nothing important to do in my life.  Doing nothing is very tiring!  But this is probably useless medical advice.

Ah, but there's lots that's important for me to do right now, I just would rather have another nap instead.
