dang. that is good for you. the farthest i have ever run in my life is 10 miles- so,

WAY TO GO. YOU CAN DO IT. KEEP GOING! RUN FASTER! FEET UP! DON'T FALL DOWN!

that's just pre-words of encouragement for when you're training.

unfortunately, i think its either in the summer or fall..

but i would have loved to have you there in your eagle suit! that's what i'll think about if i think i can't keep running anymore.. and it will keep me going! haha
