I had a humbling experience today....at first it was so offensive and horrible but it made me see how much positivity I have in my life. Through all of the negativity I faced, I ended up not feeling sad about myself but complete pity for the person who was mean to me. I have an amazing life, absolutely amazing friends, loving family and not to ( Read more... )

listening to your own sister's music! lol.

What happened to you? Me and my friend renee had an encounter with a bitter person today. We were walking into Cafe Nero, because some woman had opened the door (which opened inwards), and as we were walking through (along with another woman), the door lady just yells as us and says "I opened the door so I COULD go through it!" and just walks out. And me and renee just didn't know what to make of it. Was it that rude to walk through the door. If I'd been in the woman's door position, I probably would have opened it for the other people, or, if the door had opened outwards, I would have opened it for her to let her pass. She was just a bit batty I think. But i felt a little bad, I mean, I wasn't trying to be mean.

Desiderata is a great poem.

Uber poopy stuff. To make it short, some dude at the bus stop said straight out to me that I was a "hott ass bitch". I was so mad and asked (in a really proper and adult-like way) why I deserved such a demeaning comment and he said "I don't give a shit about you women or what you have to say. Think whatever you want." I literally saw all red at that moment. Yeah, so that's pretty much what happened.

what an ass. But you are a hott ass bitch, as in, an amazingly gorgeous woman. When I encounter guys like that, I have to fight the urge to give them a good one in the nuts. Shoulda gone kung-fu on him.
