London is nice but I think Tokyo might end up being the better place I studied abroad at. It's expensive here, and the school system in the UK is INSANE. Each of my classes have a lecture twice a week and several tutorials, including having to read 10385201023547393766562 books and take notes, several presentations, and for finals, I must write two

I just like Japan and the US so much better, you know? And, seeing as how I am pushing 30, I need to start looking for marriage material. Ain't no way I'm hooking up with some non-pit shaving Euro that can write 3000 word papers!

Nay. I am really into English Pop these days, mainly because my English friend sent me a mix for my bday last year in BDX.

Do some research if you already haven't heard of:

Athlete, Razorlite, The Kooks, The Arctic Monkeys, Dogs Die in Hot Cars (silly, but good,) and British Sea Power.

P.S. I think most schools abroad are nuts in their own way. I am trying to go to London for a year after I graduate, but definately not for school, more to party. And then... I am going to try to get on JET and spend some time in Japan. So I am reversing and doubling your year abroad. Enjoy it while you're there! We should get coffee sometime, its been positively forever (when we're both back in LaLa Land.)
