(For those of you who don't know, I work at AAA Roadside Assistance.  That's right, a call center.  What follows is a typical stream of thoughts after a typical day at work.)

What the fuck is with all these goddamn shitheads today?  Work sucked ginormous ass.  I kept taking calls from fucking morons.  ALL.  DAY.  LONG.  I was going batshit, hurling

I'm not going to defend the people you talk to on a regular basis because they ARE a different breed than the people that *I* talk to, but seriously breaking down is one of the most stressful moments of your life. When you are stressed you don't always think clearly.

Calling people awful names won't help the situation. You're lucky some one hasn't reported you to HR for creating a hostile work environment.

You can't afford to lose this job, Jon. So please so yourself a favor and figure out a way to channel this hostility and anger before you wind up on the street.
