I feel like I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'D DO WITHOUT FLAMING KNIVES.

It really is like the very first discussion forum in all of Avatar fandom where actual DISCUSSION of Mai/Zuko happens instead of half a dozen posts of discussion AT MOST before everyone is dragged into a pages and pages long argument about the validity of the ship in and of itself.

I don't know what I'd do either. If I didn't have Flaming Knives I would probably feel horribly isolated from the fandom, which I still love in spite of all the bullshit and hatred.

It's amazing to be able to talk about Maiko-- and every other ship for that matter-- without being dragged into a cyclical, neverending debate that makes me contemplate the merits of smashing my face through my computer monitor. XD

That fanfic sounds awful. A lot of them are acting like spoiled children who didn't get their way... children who also happen to wish pain and suffering upon innocent, hard working people. I quite honestly fear for some of their souls. Some of the things I've read are downright horrifying.
