Apparently Milledgeville is the capital of lost dogs. Over the past two weeks I have seen about five dogs roaming the streets. Today on my way back from the gas station I see a dog cross the street in from of my car. Being the goos samartian that I am, I decided to put the dog in my car and try to find the owner.
