I have safely arrived back in Cincinnati, and only three more weeks to go until a return to Cleveland, which I look forward to. This next week will be hell - but if I keep my head up, don't sleep, and remember to get my shit done, I should survive. Rather, I should survive with style

That breathign problem is something we call "Air Hunger" in Recovery, Inc. (my panic & anxiety Group) It is caused by stress.

It was nice to see you this weekend. True...only 3 more weeks until we see each other again. Hopefully my knee will be co-operating. It was pretty damn distracting and frustrating.
