Ron Paul also wants to dismantle the 15th amendment. Just saying.

16th Amendment. 15th is the right to vote regardless of color, race, or past slavery. Unless you've heard some VERY interesting things about Ron Paul that I haven't.

The 15th amendment has been interpreted that anyone born within the borders of the United States is a United States citizen. It was on this basis that blacks were enfranchised after the civil war, as they were born in the US. Ron Paul wants to end that, thus dismantling the the 15th amendment. I quote from Ron Paul's issues page on his campaign website:

"End birthright citizenship. As long as illegal immigrants know their children born here will be citizens, the incentive to enter the U.S. illegally will remain strong. "
