ok I would like some honest answers here......

does it make a difference if we say "Happy Holidays" or "Merry Christmas"?

is this a big deal? should we make a big deal out of which one we conclude a holiday letter with?

I really do not think that it matters at all. Some people celebrate to holiday, others do not.

Honestly there are so many holidays in the month of December that to say Happy Holidays would just incorporate all of those, not just one. I personally would like to be wished Happy Holidays because it is a wish for all the holidays and not just one day.
