Its my first morning of the long summer days (which will sadly now be shortening)with no particular timetableto adhere to....FREEDOM! I thought that I would have a nice lay in this morning but my arm started to hurt a lot so I had to get up at 6 to take painkiller, and then just as the pain was subsiding and I was beginning to drift back off,
