I can’t seem to stop myself with these characters and am most of the way through writing an alternate story where the first Behind the Net never happened, where David never joined the hockey team and he and Pierre never got together. I was really curious if David would have actually ended up with either Hunter or Ezra (or neither) if he and Pierre had never gotten together and before I knew it I had written most of a story and am very close to finishing it. I’m gonna post it when I’m finished with it, and Pierre makes a couple of surprise appearances here and there. I’ve just been having too much fun thinking about all these what-ifs 😁
