Swoop! BOOM! Feathers!

I thought that something had exploded behind my head... but it was just a bird flying into my window.

By the time that I turned around, all I saw were a few feathers stuck to the glass and a very confused woodpecker flying to a nearby tree to recover. I think it's okay because... well... it flew away, and that's a good sign, right?

Birds fly into my porch widows all the time. Then again, I've walked into glass doors, so I can't really say they're stupid...
