guess that's why you haven't come to chicago to visit...eh? ;)

quebec has no wind, so even though it's 30 below 0 celsius, there's no wind chill..,and lots of stuff is underground, indoors, or connected by tunnels b/c they know it's freaking cold there. so it'll be warmer than chicago, overall, basically.
